Sell, Sell, Sell…. or Solve, Solve, Solve?

Have you ever met a sales person who tried to sell you something you did not want or even need.  Maybe you really wanted the item but just did not want to be sold because you were already convinced that you wanted the product but instead of buying it from that person you went somewhere else to get the same or similar product or service?

The main difference in approach that works sometimes and works always is the character of the person you are dealing with.  Your character is not easy to mask, you either care deeply for the client of you care more deeply for your own gains.   The idea here is that we are headed into a new year with many new challenges.  Some will survive this season of rapid change, others will keep doing what they have always done and end up in failure mode.

The business community is not interested in hype or promises.  They want measurable changes that impact the bottom line and increase human potentials to peak performers.  This kind of work is not done with a Magic wand or theory, it is accomplished by hard work, concentration, focus, determination, commitment and ultimately skill to move a broke down donkey to high achievement.

We have developed  proven strategies that come from years of experience and testing to develop what we are calling a Poracle™ culture.  This culture integrates studies from a variety of sources and brings organizations to accountability and peak performance.  The best part of the process improvement is that it is measured to ensure optimal growth and focused efforts.

The word Poracle™ is actually a combination of two words, portal and oracle.  The word portal refers to a clear window to see both the eternal projection of your organization of business and the current state of affairs.  The idea is that you can travel to a higher position in management we call the Steward Leader, and navigate back into your organization or business and model the Servant Leader. The oracle is two fold, it is operating with high integrity and communicating that message internally and externally.

Our goal as  a firm is to increase the fiscal and social environments in business and organizations by a minimum of 25%, that being a conservative estimate to ensure forward momentum, and growth in market share.
